Remote connection services


We offer you a fault diagnosis by a remote connection service. For this, a service technician will log into your PC via the Internet and will check the status of your laser software. Many problems can be solved in this manner in just a couple of minutes and can save the customer unnecessary call out fees. 


Instructions for remote maintenance:

1. Download the Team Veiwer software for free and install it via the onscreen instructoins. 
2. Inform our technical support about your ID and password. With this information, our technicians can connect to your computer.

Spare parts 


We keep a permanent stock of all the parts of each system we have n the field to minimize downtime and assist the customer as soon as possible. We also have an in house laser house to assist costumers with big orders.


We service the systems once a year to ensure the laser, printer works at optimal quality throughout its life span.
